FairfaxHouse – Worcester

Many looked at the long redundant plot, empty for half a century. But it was repeatedly dismissed as just too difficult. Undaunted, award-winning independent housebuilder, Roland Jones came to look. He saw the potential in this prime city centre site - and he rose to the challenge. The result will stand for present and future generations to see, in the heart of the historic City of Worcester.

Chancery Mews – Bromsgrove

This small, rather individual oasis consisted of 10 exceptionally well-designed, regency style, mews houses within walking distance of Bromsgrove Town Centre. Some with individually gated entrances and some set within a gated courtyard served by electronically operated entrance gates affording privacy and security. Each house had a garage and parking space. Every detail was hand chosen for quality and style making these the ideal choice for people who were looking for security and ease of maintenance.

Upper Swell House – Gloucestershire

Upper Swell House was a spectacular 6-bedroom country house set in beautifully landscaped gardens. The renovation of this classic Cotswold stone property was painstakingly undertaken by Roland Jones Homes. Included in this gracious and well proportioned house were 4 reception rooms, magnificent kitchen/breakfast room and staff annexe. This was a distinctive and exquisite refurbishment of a very special house in the heart of the Cotswolds.

Easy Row – Worcester

This award winning development comprised three individual gated courtyards, totalling 38 properties located in a prestigious residential area of Worcester, the unique charm of King John’s Square, Hamilton Square and Queensgate Mews comprised Georgian style 3 storey town houses and one 4-storey house having an imaginative top floor studio with glazed roof tower, all of which reflect style and elegance of a former era. All with up-do-date building techniques, and internal layouts with garages, spacious living areas and en-suite bathrooms. The development benefited from a secure private, paved and landscaped courtyard with electronically operated entrance gates.

Blockley Chase

This 5 bedroom, double garaged, well proportioned country house had the true makings of a Roland Jones Home. Built from traditional Cotswold stone with exposed timber beams. The gardens were beautifully landscaped and its paddock fenced and grassed. Situated in the heart of the Cotswolds in an idyllic, unspoilt setting with breathtaking views to open countryside.
